The Internet Marketing Specialist will facilitate all Internet marketing reports and assigned documentation related to Internet Admissions within Center For Discovery. Furthermore, the Internet Marketing Specialist’s function is to be a key driver in creating, analyzing, measuring and optimizing online marketing programs to realize marketing goals.


  • Bachelor degree with emphasis in marketing, communications, advertising, or any related field
  • Deep interest and knowledge of SEM and business analytics, passion about a career in internet marketing with a social purpose
  • Proficiency of all Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of PPC marketing, specifically Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Good verbal, writing communication and presentation skills
  • Good organizational skills and inter personal skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of creativity and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and resources without losing focus
  • Highly organized and an eye for detail
  • Work with multiple technology platforms to efficiently execute your job (platforms such as: twitter, hootsuite, google analytics, facebook, FB analytics, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)


  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

  • Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent

  • Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
  • Generates departmental reports
  • Design, manage and implement Internet marketing campaigns including paid and organic marketing and remarketing
  • Analyze and report program performance; provide recommendations and results for improvement
  • Propose new internet marketing strategies and methodologies
  • Monitoring and optimizing actively managed keywords
  • Maintain and foster day-to-day company relationships through presentations, written reports and conference calls
  • Work closely with the Executive Director of Admissions and Marketing in creating the voice of the company.
  • Establish work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content.
  • Ensure consistent global experience and implement appropriate localization/translation.
  • Plan and create high-impact, optimized content in support of demand generation goals and corporate initiatives.
  • Recommend, prioritize, and deploy an appropriate mix of communications strategies and tactics in the social space to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic in support of the overall digital/social media strategies.
  • Advise on weekly/monthly content calendars for our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
  • Recommend changes to our strategy based on your observations of fans’ interests and behavior General
