We are a dynamic residential treatment company that specializes in treating adolescents and adults who struggle with eating disorders, substance abuse, and mental health. We are currently seeking a Clinical Outreach/Marketing professional to help expand our growing network of referrals.

• BA degree
• Clinical background preferred
• Sales and marketing experience
• Contacts with various hospitals and other healthcare professionals
• Ability to network with all levels of management and healthcare professionals
• Experience performing in-service and seminars to clinical professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and ability to establish priorities, plan develop, implement marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate reports on referral tracking and trends
• Must have: Experience in behavioral health / clinical therapy OR outreach / marketing /sales. Both areas of experience preferred.
• Must live in CT or be willing to relocate for position

• Develop and maintain relationships with various professionals in the healthcare realm
• Plan, produce and present in-service, workshops and seminars to clinical and insurance professionals
• Enhance referral base
