    The Position

    This position is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours a week. This position will work with insurance companies to develop partnerships by building relationships. 


    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Experience in behavioral health preferred
    • Experience in dealing with insurance payers required


    • Develop and enhance strategic business partnerships by engaging and building relationships with key insurance payers to drive increased census and revenue.
    • Develop and maintain value-based relationships with payers to maximize full utilization of DBH services.
    • Lead consultative relationships with payers, operational and clinical teams to support problem resolution.
    • Lead strategy development and execution with managed care organizations in national and regional markets.
